As well as chatting away on this slice of internet and baking cakes, I am also a yoga teacher.
I qualified with my 200 hours Yoga Alliance certified teacher training back in June 2017 and haven’t looked back since waltzing out of that door with my certificate.
My vinyasa flow classes are fun, full of smiles and uplifting, happy energy. I encourage you to chuckle, boogie, explore and leave feeling like a sparklier version of yourself.
Yoga is so much more than the physical practice on the mat, it ain’t all about touching your toes – it’s about soaking up the nuances of life, treating ourselves and others with love. Gotta fill up that cup, nourish the soul and find time to just b r e a t h e.
You will find I like to use 90’s / 00’s R&B and Hip Hop in most classes, this is mainly because it gets me grooving, smiling and moving with the music I grew up loving. I am like a Dad trying to be cool at a disco, but I’m rollin’ with it.
I teach across London (weekly schedule is always on my Instagram) so please come and join me!

“Immy’s 90s hip hop yoga class is my favourite yoga class I’ve ever done. I always feel so comfortable in Immy’s classes as she’s such a lovely human and makes them so fun as well as super relaxing. My favourite part is the savasana at the end of every session, Immy does the most relaxing massage with essential oils which is the perfect way to end an amazing class. I always have such a good sleep after yoga with Immy!”
– Seyda Karimpour, The Work Club

“Immy is a fantastic yoga instructor – she strikes a brilliant balance between supportive, fun and engaging. We love having her in and the team feel totally refreshed and energized after her sessions. Bonus points for the sage and hip hop soundtrack!”
