… And I mean potentially the sassiest I have ever felt.
I remember five years ago turning up at V fest in an Oxfam shirt, shorts and Converse. I felt a ~little~ out of place in the sea of lashes and fake tan, I ain’t gonna lie.
I was so used to mud caked boots, questionable fancy dress and baby wipe fresh skin. Alas, ‘erry festival is different.
Thankfully the babes at Debenhams kindly invited me along as part of their clan. I got my booty down to Debenhams and spent HOURS mooching around the shop, trying on all , deliberating opinions on Insta stories, conferring with my Mum on Whatsapp, you know the drill.
I ended up choosing this beaut of a Mango maxi dress with cheeky pair of pink Puma trainers. I guess my main reasons for choosing this particular garm was 1. great bloat disguise = all the food / drink and 2. All the comfort for sitting anywhere with flashing mi pants. Also, I think it’s kinda pretty too.
We did spend quiiite a lot of the afternoon chillin’ in VIP. It was so nice to get to know some other blogging ladies, feel like a bit of a queen and make the most of our own private entrance to the bar… So extra but also so bloomin’ dreamy.
The wonderful Vix also managed to swing us side of stage for George Ezra which was i n s a n e. What. A. Bloody. Day!
I also filmed the whole thing! I would love it if ya gave it a little watch, feedback is very welcome… I am new to this vloggy business!
Thank you SO much Debenhams for inviting me along, I had a right ball!
Have you been to any festivals this summer? I need to get myself to more next year, I forgot how much I bloody love ’em!
