I have chatted on here about the gem that is Beyond Bread before. This place my absolute fave and I would go as far as saying they make best gluten free bread in the whole of London.
Autumn is has almost arrived in all it’s PSL / crunchy leaves / chunky knit glory, and paired with my recent OBSESSION with all things Danish (cheers, HG) I am SO ready for all the cosiness in store. Okokkk we are having a bit of an Indian summer, but y’know we can still get a little excited right?
I am going to get all Hygge on life and embrace the dark evenings, cooler weather and all things spiced. Before the woes of gluten free life, cinnamon buns used to be my favourite thing during the autumn months. That sweet, dusty sugar with thick, sticky pastry with a coffee was just DA bomb, and having to give that up (along will all other buttery pastry goodness) made me sad, really sad.
BUT we have hope. If you follow my Instagram, you will know that I have been on the hunt for a bangin’ cinnamon bun. I found it. The babes at Beyond Bread have created a coeliac friendly cinnamon bun. HALLELU! I did a little happy cry when I saw I saw them sitting there on the counter winking at me.
Just take a ganders at those thick swirls of cinnamon goodness. BB have mastered the art of gluten free baking, the only thing that could be improved is a little dusting of cinnamon sugar on top, that would have tipped me over the edge.
Have you visited Beyond Bread yet?
